Domaine Valescure Rosé, Vin du Pays du Gard, 2006A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Merlot that were fermented on their skins for 2 weeks, giving the wine its wonderful pale cherry colour. It was then matured on its lees for five months prior to bottling. Best drunk over the next 18 months. Recently awarded Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole wine show in Paris this year. |
